| The
Regional Standards and Testing Laboratory, or
RSTL is a service unit of DOST IV based at
the Regional S&T Center, Jamboree Road, Timugan,
Los Baños, Laguna. It aims to provide a mechanism
by which industries can avail themselves of services,
such as: |
|
- testing
and analytical services for water, wastewater, food
and feeds including their by-products;
- contract
research and development services for product improvement;
and
- rental
of processing facilities for testing of new products
and processes prior to commercialization.
|
| Testing
services on offer conform to international standards for
various drinking water, wastewater and food and feed samples.
Rates are competitive with private commercial fees. |

Service
Terms and Conditions
Interested
parties/clients will be required to pay 50 percent of the
total cost of testing/processing/contract services as downpayment
with the rest of the amount to be paid in full upon collection/delivery
of test/processing results or completion of research contract.
